Swiss Muesli

 

 

 

Ingredients:

2 cups rolled oats

2 cups water

sultanas (about a handful)

heaped teaspoon ground cinnamon

tablespoon of honey (or brown sugar)

one large (or 2 small) unpeeled apples

Method:

Put  rolled oats in a bowl or container with a lid, and add water.

Add a handful of sultanas, cinnamon and  honey (or brown sugar).

Grate one large (or two small) unpeeled apples and leave in a sealed container in the fridge overnight.

Great with yoghurt and fresh or canned fruit and a little milk.

Keeps for up to three days.
